4th ROPPA Ordinary Convention
ROPPA fourth common convention was held in St-Louis (Senegal) from 30 March to 2 April 2006. The ten members of ROPPA were all represented. The convention has also registered the participation of PO national platforms from Sierra-Leone and Ghana, young farmers, Northern PAO, ROPPA technical and financial partners and agricultural public services from Senegal. 2000-2005 Action balance review The adoption of the president moral report Considering the new members’ claim (Sierra Leone, Ghana) Talking about the current stakes on rural development in West Africa Establishing new guidelines that take into account the current stakes Adopting a five-year programme (for the period 2006-2010) that takes into account the Colleges concerns. Talking about experiences by discovering Peasant Organizations and Producers in West Africa realisations in Senegal.
